The visitor centre is the central meeting point for all guests. This is where your visit begins. At the first point of contact, visitors receive their tickets for the castle construction site tour, along with comprehensive information about the project and its surroundings. A friendly and knowledgeable team is on hand to answer your questions and assist you in planning your visit.

In addition to brochures and informational material about regional highlights, events and walking routes, the visitor centre offers barrier-free toilets, as well as the opportunity to purchase light refreshments.

The foundation stone for the modern visitor centre was laid in 2012. Since then, the centre has welcomed guests in a contemporary architectural setting – the perfect starting point for an exciting and enriching experience on site.
